Formative Evaluation
Role: I took notes on sessions with publishers, identifying trouble areas in a functional prototype of the Google Books Partner Center. We discussed both how the current site didn't meet their needs, and had them walk through the prototype. I took notes for interviews with both self-published authors and small, independent publishers.
